Grand Mark Custom Homes is located in the North East Area of Houston, in Huffman Texas. We have been in the home building business for Twenty-Five years and have completed projects as far South as Corpus Christi & east to Mississippi Gulf Coast. In the greater Houston Area we have finished projects from Alvin(south) to Sealy(west) to Magnolia(northwest) to Conroe/Willis(north) to Porter(northeast) to Mont Bel Vieu & Dayton(east).

Grand Mark Custom Homes primarily builds residential projects ranging in size from 1600 sq ft to over 10,000 sq. ft. We occasionally do a few commercial projects and additions; however our specialty is within the Build On Your Lot market with prices ranging from $160,000.00 to over $800,000.00.
